Manage and contact the different transport agencies for shipments, collections, claims and negotiations.

 

The functions to be performed efficiently are:

  • Record of incidents and incoming inquiries, by phone or via email
  • Resolution of e-mail, Web and telephone incidents.
  • Knowledge and consultation of the database of products with recurring incidents, already assessed by the quality department.
  • Direct contact with the different planning and logistics areas to resolve incidents.
